DEFINITIONS
"J2S" Jobs2See.Com.
"Company" The person or company to whom advertising services and/or CV search facility apply to under this agreement.
"Candidate" The person to whom the details within a CV refer.
"Customer" Any person or company to whom the Company intends to submit a CV.
"Services" The services identified as Job Vacancy Advertising and CV Search On-Line Facility provided by J2S.

1. GENERAL
1.1 These Terms are made between J2S and the Company, and govern the provision of Services by J2S.
1.2 These Terms will take immediate effect in substitution of all previous Terms.
1.3 The Company upon the completion of the Agency and Recruiter Registration forms are bound by these Terms.
1.4 Changes in these Terms will not be valid unless expressly agreed and confirmed in writing by a Director of J2S.
1.5 All personal information provided by Candidates will be treated strictly in terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

2. OPENING AN ACCOUNT
2.1 Prior to J2S accepting the opening of an account the Company must submit the appropriate completed Recruiter Registration form from the J2S web site.
2.2 Prior to J2S accepting the opening of an account the Candidate must submit the appropriate completed Candidate Registration form from the J2S web site.
2.3 At the preset all registration to J2S is free of charge.

3. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
3.1 If the Company shall breach the terms of this agreement, J2S may at anytime terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

4. J2S RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 J2S shall provide the Company with free use of its job vacancy advertising services subject to completion of the recruiter application form.
4.2 J2S shall have the right to refuse any web links that do not meet J2S approval.
4.3 J2S shall have the right to modify or withhold any material submitted by the Company in respect of the advertising services.
4.4 J2S will use reasonable endeavours to supply the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions as long as the Company has complied in its obligations.
4.5 J2S shall have the right to suspend or to cease to provide the Services in any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This will include interruption to electrical (or other power supplies), telephone systems, computer hardware or software whether through malfunction damage or for any other reason.

5. COMPANY'S RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 The Company shall be responsible for all necessary licences and copyright material for any advertisement to be displayed by J2S.
5.2 The Company will keep any personal details confidential that are contained within CVs received from J2S in accordance with the wishes of Candidates.
5.3 The Company will not submit, copy or re-sell in any way any CVs or other information received from J2S to any person or company other than genuine Customers who are recruiting for their own employment.

6. CANDIDATE'S RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 The Candidate shall be responsible for any information or software sent by the Candidate to the J2S and Company which:
Contains a virus, worm or other harmful or disruptive component;
or which contains information, software or other material, which is protected by copyright or other intellectual property:
or which contains information or material, which is defamatory, obscene, and offensive, in breach of confidence, threatening or otherwise contrary to any applicable law or regulation.

7. LIABILITIES
7.1 The Company shall satisfy itself as to the suitability, skill-sets and reliability of Candidates who's CVs are provided by J2S. The Company Shall take up such references for this purpose.
7.2 J2S takes no responsibility as to the availability of the candidates CV's supplied.
7.3 J2S will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising out of the negligence, dishonesty, misconduct or lack of skills of Candidates.
7.4 J2S takes no responsibility for any information or software sent by a Candidate to the Company which:
Contains a virus, worm or other harmful or disruptive component;
or which contains information, software or other material, which is protected by copyright or other intellectual property:
or which contains information or material, which is defamatory, obscene, and offensive, in breach of confidence, threatening or otherwise contrary to any applicable law or regulation.
7.5 J2S has the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials that in its opinion are unacceptable, undesirable or in Violation of these Terms.

8. APPLICABLE LAW
8.1 English law will govern this agreement and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
